1.2 Players must have internet access to download and use the Floki Summer application.

3.1 All copyrights and intellectual property rights related to Floki Summer remain the property of Floki Summer.

3.2 Players are granted a limited license to use Floki Summer in accordance with these Terms of Use.

4.1 Players are responsible for all actions taken using their account on Floki Summer.

4.2 Players are prohibited from using Floki Summer for unlawful purposes, including but not limited to copyright infringement, defamation, and dissemination of inappropriate content.

4.3 Players are prohibited from attempting to modify, decompile, or damage Floki Summer.

5.1 Floki Summer may provide in-app purchases. Players are responsible for all purchases they make within the application.

5.2 In-app payments are processed through secure and reputable third-party payment providers. We do not store your personal payment information.

6.1 Floki Summer reserves the right to change these Terms of Use at any time without prior notice.

6.2 The use of Floki Summer after changes to these Terms of Use is considered acceptance of those changes.

8.1 These Terms of Use constitute an agreement between the Player and Floki Summer governing the use of Floki Summer.

8.2 If any provision of these Terms of Use is deemed invalid by a competent court, that provision shall be removed without affecting the rest of these Terms of Use.
